Pool Hall

This recording was also taken in Landmark Bowling Alley on Farwell Ave. This is the sound of a game of pool being racked. With the microphones sitting on the end of the table, I put in the coins and recorded the sound of the balls rolling into the racking area. Then I racked the balls into the triangle.

Arcade Recording

I took this ambient recording in the middle of the arcade at Landmark Bowling Alley. It is very interesting to listen to the echoes of the video game sounds. You can hear as I put coins into a machine and start to play it as well.

End of the Night

This recording was taken at the end of my trek inside of my apartment. In my apartment, there is a long hallway with an old wooden floor. Listen as I walk from one end of the hallway to the other and back again.

Horn at the Light

This recording was taken on the corner of Oakland and North Ave. I was standing at the corner in front of the Eastsider waiting to cross Oakland. This cab came up behind me wanting to turn left onto Oakland. Listen to what happened.

Sax Player in the City Night

I took this recording on North Ave on a Saturday night. The saxophone player was standing in front of the USBank playing his saxophone as people walked past him. I start recording underneath the awning of the Oriental theatre across the street and slowly crossed the street to pass him.
